Optimind Technology Solutions is seeking a full time Flash Animator/Programmer.

Optimind offers a full range of multimedia interactive products, design and internet marketing services, including 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, interactive, search engine optimization, social marketing and web design. Optimind’s team of graphic designers, animators, writers, production and technical staff combine to provide total creative expertise and support to their corporate clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend, design, script (code) and implement graphic and interactive solutions for clients as required
• Transform scripts and visualizations into fluid, highly kinetic motion graphic animations
• Translate concepts and information into visually compelling graphics and navigation under tight deadlines
• Be creative working within corporate client style guides, templates and existing elements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in professional design/animation and programming
• Required software skills include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Flash CS2/3
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Quark and/or Web development a PLUS (HTML, etc)
• Identity, Logo Design, Branding, Print Design work a PLUS
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and provide varying levels of graphic production support to clients and staff
• Self-motivated, requiring minimal hands-on management
• Highly organized, with attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Good follow- through a must
• Positive, “can do” attitude
